A reservation is a group reservation when it has 5 or more rooms. If you would like to make a reservation, have any questions or want to cancel your reservation please contact us via e-mail or phone +31 30 2316424.
Malie Hotel offers two options for an airport pickup: a regular taxi or a Tesla Cab.
From and to the airport Malie Hotel works with Tesla Cabs. Your journey from door to door will be in an electric Tesla, where you'll enjoy all the luxury the Tesla offers. A table for your laptop, a bottle of water and wifi guarantee a smooth ride for you to enjoy the view or answer some e-mails. Exclusively for Utrecht City Hotels guests, there is a special fee of € 109. Please let us know if we can make a reservation for you.

Malie Hotel is proud to announce that within its Utrecht City Concepts family, it offers meeting facilities through Utrecht City Meetings, which boasts 10 meeting spaces and many food and beverage possibilities for a successful meeting.

Malie hotel does not offer private parking. There is paid public parking available on the Maliestraat itself or any of the other surrounding streets (paid from 9.00 - 23.00). The ticket machines only accept debit and credit cards no cash.
We have got a few parking permits (subject to availability) at a rate of € 16,00 a day. These permits can only be requested upon arrival and can't be reserved prior to arrival.
You can charge your electric car on the Maliestraat or Maliebaan.
Yes, we do! Utrecht is often called ‘bike city’, so do what locals do and discover the city by bike!
1 day = €8 per bike
You can check in from 3 pm until late in the evening (we are in the hotel 24 hours per day). Check-out is at 11 am. A late check out (until 5 pm) is possible for only € 40.00, upon availability. Till 4pm the charge is € 20.00.
During your reservation you can add all kinds of extra's with your booking, like a lovely breakfast or a room with a balcony. The room rate on our website is excluding city tax. Yes, this is possible. For a fee of € 30.00 we can place an extra bed in your room. This only applies with a large room, and is not possible in the other room types.
Unfortunately we only serve breakfast in our hotel, but there are a lot of lovely places surrounding the hotel. We are always more than happy to make a recommendation!
Malie Hotel works with the Best Available Daily Rate, which can cause the same room to vary in price between dates, depending on availability.
Of course! You can enjoy our breakfast buffet in our lounge. In good weather you can also have breakfast in our beautiful city garden.

Malie Hotel is a cashless hotel, you can pay with either debit or creditcard. We do not accept cash payments.
Adjusted cancellation policy
We totally understand that it’s hard to plan ahead at the moment. That’s why we’ve (temporarily) adjusted our cancellation policy. When you book the Best Available Rate via our own website you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date with no incurred costs. The adjusted cancellation policy applies to stays until December 31st, 2020. So no need to worry when making future plans!
Example: you’ve made a reservation for a stay on the November 14th, 2020. You can cancel your reservation with no incurred costs up to November 12th, 2020, 23:59 CET.
The above does not apply when booking the non-refundable rate. Should you wish to cancel your reservation with us? Please get in touch so we can discuss the possible options with you. If you have booked through a third party, please get in touch with them as their cancellation policy will apply.
